Garage roof, lintel and parapet — Kenton
A full garage with a small rear extension: the felt roof had failed, and so had the original lintel above the garage door. We took down the wall over the door, installed a new lintel, and rebuilt the wall with straight, clean lines — upgrading the structure and modernising the look from the street. The new SmartPly deck went on using the overlay method, which also removed an old skylight the customer no longer wanted. We then laid the EPDM membrane in one piece, detailed properly around the boiler flue and soil pipe, and finished the trims. This roof joins directly onto the neighbour's garage - the photos show how cleanly the two roofs are defined, with no effect on next door.

A typical garage re-roof is £1,500–£3,500. This one was a structural job — lintel, parapet, wall rebuild — which is why the number is bigger still. Two garages are rarely the same job.
Customer review
"Great communication from Peter and the team throughout the whole process. The job itself is top quality, couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend Endura and we'd 100% use them again, although the quality of the job done on our garage roof indicates we won't have to for a long time!"
