Usually, yes. We insulate the bay roof void and make it airtight as standard, which removes the cold surface condensation forms on. And if the real culprit turns out to be the wall rather than the roof - a missing cavity tray or failing pointing, we’ll diagnose that honestly and tell you, rather than selling you a roof that wouldn’t fix it.
