We're hiring an experienced flat roofer with solid single-ply membrane experience. Someone who can go straight to site and get on with the job. It's an employed role, not self-employed: our van, our uniform, training in our systems. Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. However experienced you are, you'll learn the way we do it - tidier, more methodical, and usually to a higher standard than where you've worked before. Trial days first (midweek or weekends, whatever you can do), so both sides know it fits before anyone commits. No experience needed — we fully train our trainees. What we can't train is what we're actually hiring for: aptitude for the work, the ability to learn quickly, and the attitude to do a job properly even when nobody's watching. An employed role with real training towards a proper trade, in a team our customers praise by name. Trial days first (midweek or weekends, whatever you can do), so both sides know it fits before anyone commits. What you get here

You'd be employed by Endura - not self-employed, not part of a gang of subbies. Our guys work in our vans and our uniform, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday to finish a job, and they're trained in the system we install. We only do EPDM rubber flat roofs, and we do them properly: our work sites are tidier, cleaner and more methodical than most of the trade, and our customers' reviews mention the lads by name for exactly that. Who we look for

Experienced flat roofer

You'll have solid, lengthy experience installing single-ply membrane and be able to go straight to site and get on with the job. One thing to know up front: however experienced you are, you'll still learn the way we do it. Our methods are slightly different and our whole operation from warehouse housekeeping, to van cleanliness and stocking, to the working job site, customer care and the finished product - is usually to a higher standard than where you've worked before. We're particular about that, and we make no apology for it. Your experience gets you on the roof; the Endura way is learned on it.

Trainee flat roofer

Little or no experience needed. We fully train our trainees. What we can't train is aptitude: a feel for the work, the ability to learn quickly, and the attitude to do a job properly even when nobody's watching - bring those and we’ll teach you the technical skills. Aptitude is vital; to be able to grasp what we do, how we do it, why we do it the way we do it and continually build on your learning is essential - and not everyone has the aptitude for this kind of work. That bit we can’t teach.

How it works: trial days first

Skills matter, but fitting in with the team matters just as much - so everyone, experienced or trainee, starts with trial days: a day, two, maybe three on site with the team. You see how we work, we see how you work, and both sides find out whether it fits. We don't want anyone leaving a job only to find they don't like it here - a few days on a roof together sorts that question out honestly. We're flexible about when: midweek days, or weekends if that's the only time you can do.
